For resizing I can do this for free, most of the time - however if its a complex ring / large resize I might have to charge 30 pounds excluding shipping cost - due to the cutting, soldering and re-oxidising required for a perfect finish.

All my rings are solid 925 Sterling Silver and tarnish/oxidise naturally over time. Slight variations in terms of appearance are expected, adding uniqueness to each piece. You can either ploish them with cloth to add shine or you can send it back to me and I can polish it at a cost. I cannot be held liable from aesthetic changes and defects that arise from regular wear and tear, aging or oxidisation.

These rings are sculptures at first, therefore comfort might slightly be compromised. We can customize the ring upon request at an extra cost.

The general rule of thumb is to contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will work out the best way to help you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or clarification.

I do returns/amendments at a cost, but no refunds, due to the bespoke and made to order nature.  But I will find a solution to ensure a pleasant experience and satisfactory services. Contact me.
